Nude contrast

We’ve been seeing a lot of nude nuances in both fashion and design for some time now, and we’re crazy about the color. We especially love giving the soft tones some edge with dark contrasts. This adds depth and makes the look a little less feminine. Here are five of our favorite ways to incorporate nude in the home.

Agnes Vases designed by Agnes Fries.

1) Use a nude color as a backdrop for simple black and white objects.

Knife Pot designed by DesignWright.

2) A little nude also goes a long way, like this Knife Pot with black kitchen utensils in it.

Oona Carpets designed by Simon Legald.

3) A nude carpet looks great with a simple grey sofa, and the dark red line of the Oona Carpets really catches the eye.

Krenit Bowls designed by Herbert Krenchel.

4) With its thin edges and deep black outside, this classic bowl designed in 1953 complements most colors. Did you know that right now you have the chance to win a complete set of Krenit Bowl in our Newsletter competition?  So hurry up and sign up here.

Plus Bed Linen designed by Anne Lehmann.

5) The Plus Bed linen has a repetitive pattern of black pluses. This gives the bed linen a discrete and minimalistic look that helps keep a peaceful atmosphere in the bedroom.
